From Here

fromhere

A friend asked me how I was and I replied "I don't know what to do after army."

Beneath the I don't know what I want for my future lies,
insecurities,
hopes,
fears,
uncertainties, (which are somewhat like item one)
and the greatest fear of all is failure in the sight of man,
a great many are watching.

I know that I should not be governed by man's opinion of me.

I don't know how, tell me how.

I guess we all ask the same questions. I have no idea what lies ahead either. But that's the interesting part! Perhaps when we all grow old and look back at each of the events in our lives we will awe how it all pieced together so beautifully. :)

Wah, Lyd puts it in such a cool way. It's true u know. It beings to mind the truth in the bible verse "and we know all things work for good to those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose". We may not see the any good right now. But if the Lord has called and the Lord's grace been poured out on u, in due time u will rejoice in every road - good and bad ones - that u have gone through.

I've been asked many times, "Jenn, how sure are u of ur future?". I always replied, "I really don't know". But the power of the Holy Spirit will uphold those "who are called" because their faith is sure coz they "know" without a shadow of doubt. This knowledge if given by divine revelation. It's a promise to those who persevere. God's grace is powerful and effective for our endurance. The patience we develop to persevere is given by the Lord who's helping hand is always right on time.

We know the future of a believer. Rejoice in that future. As for the in-betweens, let the Lord fill u with wisdom to make the right choice as u grow in faith each day. If the devil ever remind u of ur not so glorious past, remind him of his firey future. If u ever feel discouraged, remember the lives of those who have gone before u. They have endured the test of time. U can overcome too. Yes, overcomne. U do not overcome without a struggle. If not, it's a walkover. The stuggles will be for good. The fight is a good fight. The struggle will be a good struggle.
